Our vineyard is located in Ammerschwihr (Kaefferkopf and Sonnenberg), but also in Sigolsheim (neighbour village of Ammerschwihr) and in 4 others villages.

The whole year
over troubles we to produce an especially good grape quality for us through the
different handicrafts like this:
- short branches cut in the winter
- cut out from superfluous grapes (in July)
- sorts out of the grapes at the harvest
